Fine Pitch Technology

Chip-On-Board Advantage

COB technology mounts micro-diodes directly to the circuit board, bypassing traditional surface-mount plastic frames.

10,000:1

Deep Contrast

Resin encapsulation absorbs ambient light reflections, providing deep blacks and vivid colors even in brightly lit boardrooms.

Impact

Surface Protection

The solid resin coating protects the display from bumps, moisture, and dust, allowing you to wipe the screen surface clean easily.

Low-Blue

Eye Safety

TÜV low blue-light certified. Employs soft-light surface emitting technology that prevents glare and eye fatigue during long meetings.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is COB and how does it compare to traditional SMD?

Traditional SMD packages individual diodes in plastic cups and solders them to a PCB. COB mounts the raw silicon chips directly to the board and seals them in protective resin, eliminating fragile solder points and cup reflections.

Is the display surface fragile?

No. COB displays are much tougher than SMDs. The protective resin coating guards the diodes against light bumps, finger pressure, dust, and moisture splashes.

Does the screen make noise in a quiet boardroom?

No. We use a fanless, silent heat-sink cabinet design with highly efficient power supplies, ensuring the display runs silently during executive presentations.

How do you repair a pixel on a COB wall?

Our panels are modular. If a module fails, it can be swapped from the front in seconds using a magnetic tool. The faulty module is then sent back to our facility for factory recalibration.
