Sliding LED Screen
A creative display system that splits and slides on tracks. Linear motors and encoders move the screens, syncing content layout in real-time as they shift.
- ✓ Motorized linear rail guides slide screens quietly and smoothly
- ✓ High-resolution encoders track motion with sub-millimeter accuracy
- ✓ Built-in pressure sensors stop motors immediately if the track is blocked
Precision Motion Integration
Combining heavy-duty linear actuators with fast video controllers to create dynamic visual reveals.
Fast Linear Travel
Quiet linear motors slide panels smoothly on heavy-duty tracks at speeds up to 1.5 meters per second with gentle acceleration curves.
Encoder Tracking
Optical encoders track screen positions in real-time. Content stretches or splits automatically to keep images aligned.
Collision Safety
Equipped with mechanical bumpers, optical sensors, and software torque limits to stop motors instantly if an obstacle is detected.

Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can the screens slide?
The speed is adjustable. Standard setups slide at 0.5 m/s, but linear motors can drive panels up to 1.5 m/s with smooth ramp up/down curves.
Does the video content split apart as the screens open?
Yes. Our controller splits video signals dynamically. As the screens slide open, the image separates or expands across the gap with pixel-level precision.
Can this sliding system be installed on curved walls?
Yes. While straight tracks are standard, we custom-roll arc-shaped rail guides to slide screens along curved architectural walls or stage layouts.
What safety measures prevent accidents?
The system uses three layers of safety: optical barriers detect obstacles, physical bumpers absorb impact, and linear motors stop instantly if resistance exceeds safe torque limits.
